The Teresa Cowart Team strives to provide professional, friendly, and efficient property management services for all of our homeowners and tenants. Unlike many companies, the Teresa Cowart Team has a dedicated emergency contact person who is available at all times via text, email or phone in the event that there is an emergency outside of business hours.
We work closely with homeowners and tenants to provide the absolute best customer service possible at all times. We screen all of our prospective tenants very carefully during the application process. We take the screening process very seriously as we strive to place wonderful tenants in the homes that we provide property management services for and protect our homeowners to the best of our ability at the same time.
We have online access for both tenants and homeowners. The tenants have the ability to submit online maintenance work orders, pay rent and manage their accounts through the tenant portal. Homeowners are able to view all account balances, owner payments and repair costs through the homeowner’s online portal. We offer direct deposit through ACH for all of our homes owners to allow the owner payments to process as quickly and smoothly as possible.
